I practically stopped psionics as a whole, but I don't think that will ever happen because I practice psychokinesis wherever I go.  I am not always successful, but lately I have been able to move stuff better.  I was able to only shake light objects, but now I can shake heavier objects and have more control over objects that are capable of spinning
Well, assuming my PK experiences were not hallucinations, then you have already surpassed me! Though I did kind of have only 3 years of psionic experience on and off, while the last year it was kind of more active. So far only small pieces of paper move around me once in a while or some objects would fall off from high places. Still, there was only one PK experience where I was conscious about the whole thing. Good progress?

I just want to be to so much better.  When I first started (last summer) I progressed quite quick.  I could move the psiwheel 360 degrees one way and then move it back 180 degrees.  I expected to pick up levitation by the one year point.  But, school proved to be a deterrent to progress and the lack of progress discouraged me and so I stopped several times.  Now I am pretty much starting over, but I don't have the determination I once did.

What a shame then. I'm sure you'll get enthusiastic all over again though, right? From your descriptions it seems you have some knack for PK.

I think I have the potential.  I just need to apply myself and concentrate because I have a tendency to jump from whatever to whatever

I know too well what you mean. What helps for me is if I don't rush the whole thing. Just get a couple of articles that encourage you to practice PK or some sweet stories of PK experiences and just read them once you lose your enthusiasm. You could also just daydream about the possibilities of PK every single day and night, so that way it will always be on your mind.

That sounds like a good idea.  Thanks

I have also been having a lot of telepathic experiences lately.  From oen to three times a day, I'll think of something and someone will say exactly what I am thinking.  I don't know if I am reading their mind accidentally or projecting my thoughts into theirs (the latter is my guess).  Also, I achieved successful telepathic suggestion for the first time.  I was in a tea shop called Teavana and there was this tea I sampled and really liked it.  My mom tried it and was torn on whether to buy it or not.  She decided not to, but I tried to convince not to by projecting thoughts of buying it into her head and she ended up buying it.  Score!  I get nice tea!

Well, that is definitely one creative way to use telepathic suggestion, ha ha ha.

Thanks.  Today I worked with breezes and cloud brusting a little.  I made one cloud totally disappear and flipped a page in a notebook one way and then back with a breeze.  The absence of school seems to be helping my progress

I kept forgetting to write something else in this log.  I have become really good at clotting blood.  Whenever I have a cut, some blood initially comes out, but when I realize I am bleeding I try to clot the blood and it immediately stops.  I wonder how effective this ability would be for bigger cuts.  Hopefully I don't have to find out

I do something similar, though it's paired with meditation rather than psi, assuming you are doing this with psi. It takes me fifteen seconds to start to see little results though.

I imagine the platelets clogging the cut, releasing whatever enzyme it is (I forget all the enzymes, good thing it wasn't on my biology final), and triggering a chain reaction that results in the fibrin strands I think they're called.  And that's how blood clots, but I imagined it in a couple seconds so that's all it really takes

Alright, so I have been working now mainly on lucid dreaming, which to me is basically astral projection, right?  Anyways, the closest I got was having a dream about lucidity.  I dreamt that I was lucid in a dream.  Ah, so close.

For clotting, I need a bigger cut, but I really don't feel like stabbing myself, so practice must stay at a small level.

Oh and today my computer was doing this weird thing, where the monitor turns black and then starts blinking.  It's from a loose connection inside the monitor, so I am not really gonna do anything about it except shake/hit the monitor when it does it again (helps get the connection back to normal somehow).  So, I had to shake/hit it today and it wasn't working, so I got a little angry, picked up the monitor, dropped it on the desk with a good amount of force, and then all of a sudden a light in the room turned on.  Geisting, maybe

Dude, I know lots of things from lucid dreaming. I mean, I have a lot of sources and a lot of experience in this field. If I actually dedicated myself to LDing then I would at least have one each night. I don't keep a dream journal and I don't revise methods to sustaining a dream and cues to help me remember to question myself if I am dreaming. I still have at least one per week, which is considered good since I stopped practicing the art of having a LD. Look into DILDs (Dream-Induced Lucid Dreaming) and WILDs (Wake-induced Lucid Dreaming). WILDs are extremely similar to trying to AP, while DILDs is just holding still and having your eyes closed immediately after you wake up, such that you will still be highly relaxed and able to enter a dream with ease. Most of the time one can enter the dream while being conscious, so it's pretty chill.

If you can AP then having a WILD should be a breeze.
If you are like me who doesn't know what they should do in a LD:
http://www.lucidipedia.com/library/index.php?wakka=Whattodoinaluciddream
The same site offers a lot of information on lucid dreams.
The amount of information on this specific site is ridiculous.

No, APing has to be my weak point in psionics, but practice is all I need.  When I get a lucid dream, I know exactly what I will do.  Tons of fun!!!
